Sandy vs Ivy Bridge 35w CPUs - power consumption difference?

I can't seem to find any reviews of the T-series Ivy CPUs. Does anybody know if there's a major difference between Sandy and Ivy Bridge, more specifically the Pentiums other than the clock speeds? I'm after the lowest power consuming processor on the 1155 socket.

Ivy bridge is 22nm while sandy is 32nm,the ivy will undoubtebly consume less power.

Intel's entire ivy bridge lineup seems shitty to me. With the 3570k's release(which cut 18w off the tdp), i was expecting 25w cpus. It seems they improved power consumption in all their chips except those that matter the most (the entry level). Can i at least underclock intel's shitty graphics under 650mhz on both sandy & ivy cpus?
