I'm using both windows and dos version of latest nvflash.exe.However none of them is capable to erase the eeprom.

nvflash -9 does not work.
nvflash --eraseeeprom doesnot work.
nvflash --erase does not work.

after I enter the commands above I see help list of nvflash.

What can be the reason ?

I found that latest NVflash does not contain eraseeeprom command. But version 5.95 have it.

However I have still some problems;
nvflash -protectoff OK!
nvflash --eraseeeprom OK!
nvflash -4 -5 -6 gtx470.rom OK!
restart computer
still I have gtx465 :(

What is wrong with th commands ?

Try "--compare" command and see if the bios you are trying to flash your card with is compatible.

Then type in the following commands:

nvflash --protectoff
nvflash --index=1 -4 -5-6 gtx470.rom

If you will get a message that card index is wrong, type in "--list" command and see which index is correct for your card, as this varies.

If you will get a message that flashing was successful, it should be all good. If not, and for some reason you will still have gtx465, make sure you are flashing it with a correct version of bios file.

Your card isnt unlockable so stop now before you make it a paperweight... unless you have no problem doing that, then experiment away.

I already stop trying flashing. However I see gpu temp 70c at idle.IT is really too much. Do you think that I damaged the bios ? Maybe I did not realized it before, as it was always at that degree.

I will try to renew heat liquid between gpu and cooler...
