Zalman ZM-MFC1 Multi Fan Controller is it any good??

well im looking on getting a Fan Controller but I was looking at it's Electrical Specifications

cuz my main concern is Maximum Power : 7.0W per channel

Beware of this fan. It pushes a lot of air but it's much louder than the rated spec. It's more like 35 DB. I have one and it's as loud as the 8800gts fan at 80% speed.

thats why I want a Fan Controller

cuz with it at 2020 RPM its not that loud for me but at max it is 2800+ RPM
