Well I got on live chat and they said my order was good.

I immediately checked my order status after I got off of chat and it was CANCELED.

I am talking mere seconds.

I called and the customer service says it was sold out and just went on sale for today only.

I then informed the rep that i ordered EARLY this morning and it was available.

They screwed up in my opinion and priced it wrong and canceled my order.

One last thing, they did NOT charge my card until that chat session, as soon as i got off, it was charged.

I hope some of you at least get your product.

Funny thing is, they only put a $1 hold on my card and didn't charge me full price until that chat session.

You tell them you heard from your friend that they told him it was on sale, and bought it during the sale, and you are more than happy to receive one from their current stock, as they engaged in an agreed sale with you.

They tried to tell me it was a one day only sale and they must have had limited stock and sold out really quick.

I went round and round on the phone and basically told the customer rep. they were full of crap.

I told the guy I ordered VERY EARLY in the morning and that my order was supposedly good to go (obviously it wasn't)

They did this to lure customers or someone screwed up and priced it wrong.

Wouldn't be so bad if they would go ahead and honor those who already made the purchase.

One thing that got me is they charged my card AFTER they canceled my order.

Shady ass company will never again get my business. :mad:

I think they likely missed a 0 after the 51 part, that seems more like this store's tendencies to me. Nobody has a sale on top end last gen cards for less than $100.
Just for the record, i did say they likely wouldnt ship to 90% of the orders they take xD

Its pretty simple to me that it was priced wrong. I doubt stock has anything to do with it.

Someone already quoted that they have the right to cancel any orders, and I assume they are exercising that right.

MY problem is that I dont really have an order number either. I didn't get the screen that said 'Thanks, paid! Print this for your records'. I had to call in and confirm the order went through and they showed it as going through and I would get an email within 24 hours (about nowish). We will call them later and confirm. I will report back. :)

I had my fingers crossed for you guys, and even started to buy one.. I'm glad I didn't now. To me it looks like someone fat fingered in the price and forgot a zero.. I'd say if they had to honor that price someone would get fired over this screw up. It would be great if they honor it, but I wouldn't want anybody to get fired over a "Bad Monday".. :toast: Nobody's selling anything 80% off unless they are going out of business.. ;) If they do then it won't be long until they are...
