32GB Corsair Vengeance Notebook 1600Mhz vs 1866Mhz?

I've recently ordered an Alienware M18XR2 with the following specs:
Intel Core-i7 3940XM
Dual NVIDIA GTX 680m SLI
Intel 520 120GB SSD (externally purchased)
2X2TB WD Green in RAID-0 (externally purchased)
the rest of specs aren't important for my question.

As for memory, I decided to go with 32GB Corsair Vengeance.

Now I have two options:
Corsair 32GB DDR3 1600MHz Vengeance Laptop Memory PC3-12800 10-10-10-27
Corsair 32GB DDR3 1866MHz Vengeance Laptop Memory PC3-14900 10-11-10-30

The 1866Mhz obviously has faster clocks but the 1600Mhz has tighter timings.

I am going to overclock the system to the ragged edge (always had!) and the extreme edition processor won't be bottlenecked by the memory.

In these circumstances, money no objection, which one of the two would you recommend and why?

Also enjoy using barely more than 8GB ram on that machine.
Unless you're going to host 10 minecraft servers and/or use RAMDisks, pretty redundant amount of memory.

If money is if no consideration than the 1866mhz kit because it is higher binned and you are much likely to be able to overclock it higher than the 1600mhz one,in actual performance the difference is close to none.

I use Photoshop and Premier Pro etc and often use all 16GB on my current system!

And just 1866Mhz isn't gonna help! Can you please provide a reason for your suggestion?

You sure if its overclocked performance will be noticeable compared to 1600Mhz?

Yes im sure 1600mhz will give you ample bandwidth, especially when paired with an ivybridge I7 IMC,perhaps in some apps you will see a 2-3% increase.

2-3% is definitely worth the price cause its only like 8-10% more than the other.

No i mean 1600mhz will you give you ample bandwidth,performance increase from faster memory will be mostly negligible and will boost performance by 2-3% AT BEST,if the app is memory intensive.

Given the chance, Photoshop will use your ram to do pretty much all of it's work. That means the faster it can access that ram, the fastest your stuff is going to render in the end.
As said above, Ram speed increase only gains tiny percentages. But you said money isnt an issue, so 2-3% faster rendering is a no brainer.
I'm certain there is a review on here of the difference between 1600 and 2133 mhz ram, and the differences were tiny.

1866Mhz is definitely 2-3% faster but that's mainly in benchmarks and as you said the performance is unnoticeable in day-to-day work. Plus, Corsair has pulled the 1866Mhz kit from their official site as well for some reason. I'll try calling Corsair to find out why?

Since my laptop is more of a dream machine, I'll go with the 1866Mhz given its still in production. Plus, as Jack1n said, "it is higher binned", it might make a difference specially when maximizing BLCK.
