hello.
me have a stock cooling fan at now, i can change it from Arctic Alpine 11GT or zalman 7000v cooling? from quietly, and good cooling. which was a fan better?

he does not have those options, im assuming he is from india, since he is using a generic indian psu

get a hyper tx3, it will be more than enough for an i3 2100

if not for gaming or heavy task i suggest lapping the heatsink or using better paste and improve your air flow by adding some fans

You really don't need anything more than an decent $20 cooler on that thing as it can't overclock, anything more is a waste of money. The CM Hyper TX 3 is a good choice, cheap, cool and quiet.

I had a 2100 cooled passively with a TX3+Mx-4 paste; it doesn't need much cooling power, the flow from the back fan was enough.
