They had the H100 on sale at my local store for 60 bucks so I said wth and grabbed one for my 3570K
Temps at idle are decent really, I was rather surprised to see 33c at 1.25vcore. Problem is underload I'm hitting 85c and that's getting up there.
Would a push/pull be worth the hassle/investment?
I know tons have done it, how much of a impact did it make. I was going custom loop but if this little H100 can get me to 47/4800MHz I will keep it and invest my money on a new case.
Right now I'm using the Stock Corsair Fans and plan to add some Vantec Stealth 120mm, they have a max rpm of 1500 but I'm ok with that.
Once they arrive all of them will be switched out for some AP120's
