Well, maybe it's time to clean it on the inside a little bit, remove the dust from the radiators and change the TIM.
Also, on a side note, try writing sentences using punctuation marks, it would really help people to understand your issues better ;)

It happens if you live in a hot climate. You might want to get a laptop cooler. But dust can build up so get some compressed air and blow it out.

Because the dedicated graphics card (which is more powerful) uses more of the CPU and you have an extra heat source from the other GPU.

i think may b software problem as hwmonitor software shows tab of intel hd4000 but i can see its tab temperature only changes when i run game on ati gpu and also i can see the temperature on gpuz which is showing is of ati gpu so softwares are not telling correct values the intel hd 4000 tempeature in hwmonitor doesnot changes until i run something on ati gpu that the proof and if softwares is correct then why the laptop from bottom is so cool why it is not too hot??

where I currently live it takes about 3.5 weeks until the heatsyncs are totally clogged with this real fine dust and there are no smokers in the house thank G-d! So do check that it isn't dust, as 6 months is a long time depending on the conditions! Good luck.:toast:

to claim international warranty you have to be a citizen of the country you bought it from. else warranty is void. its a marketing trick.

im pretty sure there are laptop service centres in your country. take it to one. they usually dont charge much.

high temperature

there are warrenty centres but they only claim local warrenties if they repair it warrenty will be void only it can be send to country where it is purchased i have used again blower today i blow air on vents but still no gain as i have already mention if laptop is overheating then it should be hot to touch from bottom but its during gaming i can say ice cold may b the sensors are wrong ??i can take the notebook to shop where it is purchased for repair what i can say to them they will say laptop is not overheating it is very normal not hot as they dont use temperaures softwares they physically check it so i am confused what to do????

Are these temps from games or a stress test ?, if they are from a stress test stop doing them as they are most likely stressing more than needed you could all so put vsync on too see if that helps some.

Other wise like other have said get a laptop cooler that fits were the vents are on your laptop i like the ones with larger fans for more cooling area and get some compressed air.

well i got it cleaned but it doesnot decrease temperatures.
there was only 20percent dust in it so that was not the problem , i am confused about heatsink its black from on end, is it ok???

Fins looks fine, how about the plate itself? Have you cleared off the old TIM and reapply a fresh layer? I think you might want to look for a copper shim to improve temps a bit.

will he didnot touched the thermal paste that is only 1 thing , and didnot apply a new thermal paste i am thinking of my last and only thing about applying arctic silver 5 i have seen people saying its best thermal paste the heat sink fan was also opened and cleand from inside but there was no dust well i also went to computer repair shops the one of best in my city but no one understand it why it is most of them said if ,it is working noramally, ie no shutdown and no decreased performance , so there is nothing to do they said use your laptop as longer as it goes, 1 also said may b sensor is faulty.
there is no solution for sensor shopkeeper told so no one knows what wrong with laptop on forums, on net and the computer repair specialists

Well I think its time to take the heatsink off, clean off and reapply a new layer of TIM. If temps doesn't improve look for a copper shim (basically a smooth thin sheet of copper), insert between the heatsink and the processor and test again. Faulty sensor is another problem, if it is then its time to get them change based on warranty

can sensors be changed?? the repair shopkeeper told me there is no solution for faulty sensor.
well heat sink is 100 percent cleaned there is not a single particle of dust in heat sink vent the laptop is cleaned from every side 100 percent cleaned no place left to be dusty well , will get good thermal paste availible in market and apply it , if it didnot work then there is nothing to left behind .

i cannot undestand if laptop temperatures are just too hot 96c maximum , why the laptop is not heated up from bottom that makes me confused. i already changed many laptops now i will use it as long as it works :( . moreover the shopkeeper who checked it said check your heat sink temperature not processor temperature.

Sensors cannot be changed, you have to convince them to change the entire laptop (will be somewhat difficult I think). Did you not reapply a new layer of thermal paste when you reattached the heatsink?

You cleaned the heatsink without removing it? Well that will be the next step in trying to fix the problem :toast:
