I'm playing Eve Online and noticed this. I've been having FPS drop issues in LoL, Minecraft and NFS:Most Wanted (could this be related?). The fact the core clock is bumping itself above the 980 mark which its supposed to be at is worrying me.

This is normal. Both of my reference GTX 780 cards go above their listed cores. Your temps look fine as well. Looks like you got a really nice card:toast:
I doubt this is having an effect on your FPS drops...

Yeah well. My FPS in League of Legends spikes horribly. Makes it hard to play. Happens in Need for Speed most wanted and Minecraft also I think.

I've turn Digital Vibrance to 100 percent. (Color saturation in AMDs CCC). Could that be casuing it? :S

My english is bad because I'm tired from work. So yeah

Did you completely remove your AMD drivers for your 7970's?
Are you using a multiple monitor set-up?

Are you using a multiple monitor set-up?

Im fairly sure I did. I used driver sweeper after using the uninstaller. Then ran CCcleaner.

I'm using 2 monitors.

Primary: Viewsonic VX2753MH 27 inch 1ms LED LCD Monitor
Secondary: AOC D2757Ph 27" 3D IPS Widescreen LED Monitor

I just ran it again and it found files. So I've deleted those. Needs a reboot.

So I did a quick log to file using GPU-Z while playing a custom game by myself. And when the FPS drop hits the power consumption drops 20 percent (from 60 to 40) then straight back up. Is that normal?

Yes, this is Nvidia's Boost 2.0 and quite normal. :toast:

We need photos but it looks like your hitting either temp or power limits or Boost is just being stupid. Also try individual

This with or without SLI? Have you tried different driver versions?

Yeah both cards were faulty. This card is a replacement the 2nd one is still being looked at. So only have one at the moment. And yes I've tried different drivers.
