browser hangs frequently

i dunno what happened with my pc, later i just find my browser hangs frequently no matter what browser that i run. FF, Opera or portable browsers act the same
every i open new tab or when i run for the first time it hangs about 20 - 40 seconds
ive uninstalled and reinstall the browser but it still there
any solution for this?

Overclocked or modded graphix drivers?

Today browsers use quite a lot of GPU power.

I just went threw this with my PC. Even tried a format. Turned out to be my cable from the splitter to the modem. I found out because a game would time out. Pings were all over the place. I called the ISP and he said I had a leak somewhere. Glad it wasn't my modem it just went off warranty

i dunno, first i guess its from flash player
but im not sure,
for driver i use stock driver
and i just realize i cant run chrome based browser even portable version cant run
i can install but cant connect

ive browsed and tried clean uninstall chrome but it seems doesnt work at all
