how does one embed a youtube video on here.. im currently working an a 3ds max render
i would like to showcase it on here but dont know how to embed a youtube video

anyone know how.. ive looked in FAQ and cant find anything

use "yt" as bb code in square brackets.

they were supposed to be creepy worms lol.. there actually butterflies from dreamscene.org.. i just used them as a displacement map.. this is my first render in a while.. very low res and basic.. just messing about really.. not putting my mind to anything major.. kind a doodling

Now their oscillation makes a lot more sense.

Nonetheless, simple stuff like this is the path many others have to take to learn, so it's refreshing - and a bit of a throwback to early 3D - to see something that isn't extremely complex once in a while.

Thanks, i love old school graphics, while im a fan of modern graphics there all a bit to real..

4500 frames using mental ray and lots of raytracing - 4 seconds per frame render time - 3 hours total render time

Nice work, but maybe next time miss out the windows movie maker style text and lense flare
I remember spending 10 minutes on 3DSMax, the first tutorial was to make a spoon. Gave up and uninstalled. So props to you for actually doing stuff. Who knows, maybe you'll get good.
