OP, if this is for your system, you don't need anywhere near 600 watts. Your GPU takes 150 watts, your CPU is rated at 65 watts. A 400 watt unit will work just fine. That is, a quality 400 watt PSU. And I'm with everyone else. Buy Seasonic if you can. FSP is not junk.
I run a 95 watt CPU with a 150 watt GPU on an Antec Earthwatts 430 without a problem.

A platinum rated PSU will without a doubt have great internal components, if it didn't the PSU would not be able to reach those efficiency levels. I trust Corsair, Seasonic and Antec no question. With those two points pick the one you can afford and has the best warranty.
Not always, example the Earthwatts Platinum has crappy capacitors even it's platinum rated.

I don't care myself about the efficiency or other crap, the quality is the most important thing. 100% Japanese caps are the most important thing to me.

I am using FSP Aurum 500 about 3-4 years from now. Today I would buy the 600 one instead of the 500 because of the almost same price. I am also interested in the Aurum +92 Products that will come in europe soon.http://www.fsp-europe.com/aurum92plus_650.php

I will be buying the FSP 600 or 700 on April hehehe thanks for the advice.

I will be upgrading to a FX 8320 and this current proc-mobo will be given to my cuzin for their use. A 600 or 700 would be better I think since I am also considering a GPU upgrade.

I think will pass the Seasonic and Corsair. I will buy the FSP.

corsair's PSU are Seasonic's

My AX1200 Gold is Flextronic's.:peace:

As for the PSU, I always go for Seasonic and Flextronic so my vote goes for 12II-620W. But since you've made up your mind, feel free to ignore me. :D

Seasonic, Antec, then Corsair, in that order. Also I've heard Corsairs are no longer made by Seasonic, though I'm not sure if true.

Corsair have had a good track record of having reputable PSU specialists build their PSUs though, and even some of their best units have been made by manufacturers other than Seasonic, like the HX series by CWT.

Hi Guys. I have finally purchased my PSU at last. Unfortunately there were No Seasonic Available here in my place. I have decided buying the FSP Aurum S Gold 500W. I have read reviews and this is a quality PSU. Thanks for all the help.
