They appear all over the monitor all the time while I interact with Google Chrome, sometimes its just a stripe, but I found out that big squares also blinks when i'm in fullscreen with VLC Media Player.
Even while i'm writing this, these stripes are everywhere, I tipe a word, they appear, I tipe again, they disappear, I type again and they appear elsewhere.

I believe its coming from my Graphics card because i've recently upgraded my computer.
My HD 6870 stopped working so I got a R9 280x from Toxic.

Here follows a screenshot of these damn things:

All my drivers are up to date.

Any one now what these things are, if its coming from the Graphics Card or if its some kind of fixable bug?

Yes, I did reinstalled the driver. One thing that I didnt thought is that I'm using the Beta version of the Catalyst (14.3). Driver version is: 13.35.1005-140312a-169198E. Not sure if it could be it, guess i'll try "downgrading" it tomorrow.

These are the rest of my setup (If it is of any help):

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
MOBO: Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 ATX AM3 Motherboard
RAM: OCZ AMD Black Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast 550W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

System specs seem fine to me, I recommend downgrading from Beta drivers first and foremost before we do anything else. Just make sure you wipe all GPU drivers from your system first. Use Driver Sweeper to do this, and only then should you install AMD WHQL's.
