I got card like this so i don't know card history.
Card boots up and works in desktop until it is under clocked.
But when it goes to its specified clock, temp rises extremely quick
I clened the card and changed thermal paste, also removed IHS end reset thermal paste there.
Fans are working properly...
So is the problem GF110 itself or somewhere on card?
PCB looks ok, no burned chips or anything that looks suspicious
