What PSU is necessary for this combo?

I know RCoon would suggest the same advice, but some considerations for PSUs; look for Seasonic, XFX or Corsair power supplies, the first one probably being your best bet for a 300W power supply. Try and look for 80+ Gold or Platinum where possible, and if not, 80+ Bronze as a minimum.

+ FSP and SuperFlower make decent low wattage bronze PSU's.

SuperFlower Golden Green HX 350W 80 Plus Gold is cheap as chips.

Also there's the Antec Earthwatts, which are relatively decent bronze budget PSU's.

In that case, 550W will do you perfectly fine, unless you plan on SLI-ing. If you do plan on doing SLI or Crossfire, then perhaps 750W-850W would be a better option.

My 3770K and two 7950 only used 430W. But anyway I can never fine quality PSUs under 400w so its not so much the wattage put the quality that is important

^ Absolutely. You don't need high PSU ratings for most set ups on APU's. Unless you're weird and run a 295X2 with one. Hell a 780Ti at stock is only 300w and my 3930k is 140 ish. Add in a solid state drive with negligible power needs. Pah..

FTR, my 1226MHz 780Ti with 3930k @ 4.4GHz uses less than 500 Watts.
