I just brought new 4th generation intel motherboard DB85FL , Intel i5 4670 processor , Segate SATA3 2Tb hard drive...During Installation Of OS windows8, In partition menu HDD shows only 3.9GB space available on the partition, and no other partition available. so can't re-install the system at all. any ideas?

Yeah, reformat the partition, don't re-install Windows on top of your old install and you'll be fine.
Your short posts are almost as useless as not posting at all. You might want to elaborate on that for the OP and not assume that a single word post will solve all his problems.

I dont know as I newer used windows 8 but if it's simmilar to win 7 it should have something like "Disk management" from which you can format the other un-allocated space or something.

most intell boards need you to install the chipset driver (or atleast the disk managment part) if you want to see a 2tb or larger hard disk on install..
(windows usually has some basic drivers that work just fine for 1tb drives) (xp wouldnt)
and then you have your bio's settings.. ide/raid/ahci)
you would want your controller set to raid or ahci
just go to the board mfrs web page and search for the drivers you need to install windows on a larger hard disk..
