Small Form Factor DDR3 RAM

Hello,

I made an miTX box yesterday and overlooked the fact that the RAM slots were really close to the CPU, so my Zalman heatsink cuts into the RAM slots.

I managed to stick a plain stick of Corsair Value Select into the slot furthest away from the heatsink (it has the most leeway) by inserting it at an angle, but I definitely won't be able to do that with the other slot.

Other than the miracle 30nm Samsung Green RAM, are there other RAMs that are much shorter in height?

For those that don't know what the RAM is.

I'd probably just get a different cooler instead.

I have a Hadron Air mITX case, so my CPU heatsink choices are very limited (even more so once you throw in the motherboard and its layout as well). Seeing as my Zalman heatsink works fine, I rather swap out the RAM.. hence I posted this thread to see if there were other RAM out there that was as short as the Samsung Green.

That Samsung memory is shorter than the locking clips for them are tall. If that memory will not work, you are pretty much out of luck.

But my question remains, is there other RAM out there that is similar in height to the Samsung Green (which are unfortunately discountinued).
