RAM voltage monitor/tweaker for Windows?

Hi all, to save me havin to go into bios everytime, im looking for any software that monitors or can adjust the ram voltage from windows, ive had a look but cant find anything.

Does such a thing even exist?

trying to find the best voltage for my Corsair xms-4400pro ram

I have had this ram for a fair while now and its damn nice, can get it past 620ish Mhz, but the voltage i am uncertain about, have had it around 2.8/2.85, can i push it further?

thats some nice oc on that ram bro.. I am unsure of any apps which allow you to change voltage on DDR on the fly... have you tried systool or ntune... I don't think A64 tweaker allows you to change volts but you can change just about everything else...

As for the voltage on te ram, do you know which chips you have??? Are they TCCD or Hynix D5??? the 4400C2.5 has the TCCD and the 4400 C3 has the D5 I believe...

According to the memory db here at tpu, if you have the TCCD you could go up around 3.1volts with active cooling ( I have cooling on my ram anyways, even if not oc'd) Just a case fan blowing on there is suffice :D

I think you will notice a drop off in volts to FSB ratio when you get up around 3 - 3.1 volts anyways so you could just try 3 volts and see how much higher you can go, it way well not go much higher..

That is a nice set of chips you have there though.... :rockout:

I believe they are infinion based hynix chips, i use a64 tweaker n systool for my overclocking.

I just cant find any definite voltage rules for these chips, as they are cherry picked to run at ddr550 from batches of slower untested chips. meh, i juist dont wanna fry these things lol, now that would particularly suck :laugh: pity they aint the tccd, but i cant complain at what i have got out of them on 2.85 volts, just wanna know if its safe to push further, as the heatsinks barely get warm during prolonged use
