I need a simple to use (simple minded bastard here) and not to complicated cpu water cooler. I shop at newegg mainly so give me some ideas. Trying to get my 6000+ stable at 3.5 to 3.6ghz.

I haven't either. I think you can put it anywhere you want. I have seen them placed anywhere.

That one that I picked has brackets so it can be placed inside the case.

I might go to a custom water cool setup by the end of the year.

I'd go for a Swiftech kit if I were you. They are recommended by a lot of places, but can be quite expensive depending on which kit you go for, but it's much better than going for a cheap one. I did, and they aren't much better than air cooling.

I'm kinda looking for a good cooler that can beat my Infinity yet is simple to install and will fit inside my case. Is their such an animal. The thermal take bigwater se looks good but didn't do so great in the test I read. The aqua gate didn't get that great a review as a cpu cooler but did well as a gpu cooler.

I'm thinking the aqua gate will do better with a 65mm chip. I'll find out tomorrow if my tracking number is right.
