How to remove push pins

How to remove push pins with out damage? Here is a pic of what i am going to be dealing

It's a two pin system with a pin inside a tube, the pin in the middle holds the 'legs' apart thus holding the the fastner to the board. Using a small screwdriver or fingernail file push the center pin between the two halves up from the back, then pull the center pins out from the front. Then squeeze the two halves together and pull them out the front ( sometimes its easier to just pull the entire heatsink out at the same time).

In your pic, you see the back of the fastner. If you look closly you will see two halves (legs) being held apart by a pin in the middle. Push the pin in the middle through the front(top) with a something skinny and small,(I use my thunbnail). The top of the center pin should pop up on the other side so you can grab it and pull it out (up). Then squeeze the legs on the back together and pull the fastner out.

OK thanks for trying to clear that up still don't understand it maybe it is because it is about 3:40am right now and i am getting vary tired.

Just push the little pins up through the middle of each one... then push each half together and push it through the board.
