What will perform better for E6850 -> Asus P5N32-E SLI(n680i) or Asus Commando(Intel P965)?? Please help...

Asus P5N32-E SLI(n680i). i love the n-force boards i never have had a problem with them

Actually the Commando is a better overclocker

if you dont plan to go SLI then forget the 680i..
Commando is your best choice if you dont want to go to P35.

Slightly off topic.....or not.....My 6850 arrived today! It's an early one......packed Feb 07, batch No L719B016....they are sposed to be pretty good, not installing it until the weekend though :cry:

gonna lap my cooler first.

oh yeah...with the L723A they`re supposed to be the best batches....
all of them that i`ve seen,do 3800mhz @ 1.34V and 4000mhz @ 1.46V on water...

Nice! I will be happy if I can bench at 4Gig stable and run her at 3.8Gig 24/7 on no more than 1.45V. Is it true that these G0 steppings are reporting incorrect Delta > TJunction temps in coretemps do you know?

don't think the asus p5n-e sli can support 1333 front side bus reading this http://event.asus.com/mb/fsb1333/
i no the Asus P5N32-E SLI can the Asus P5N32-E SLI is just a Asus striker with out the addons so the oc is a bit smaller but woulded think by much ill go with the 680i chipset the Asus Commando is a good board as well but i think the oc is a bit small than the 680i chipsets

yeah,it`s exactly the opposite...unmodded Commando i`ve tried once went 580fsb...

It does support 1333FSB, it did from release, my board will do 507FSB and at extreme systems there are some guys who are getting 4.1Gig on my board out of the 6850....thats of course not to say I will but if I dont, I will buy a P35.

i can get mine to 4.3Ghz but it gets to hot on air cooling so i keep it at 3.9Ghz
