OK well i am making a game plan for the upgrading of my desktop. im figuring on in 4 weeks ordering Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) then for christmas ill get a EVGA 8800GTS then within a week after christmas ill order a new case, all new cooling fans, and 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 RPM 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive and put them in raid 0
all that is settled. I just need to choose a case + fans that can keep all this stuff cold
Case: NZXT Zero Black/Silver Aluminum ATX Full Tower
If i get the above case i would like to upgrade the 7 120mm fans it has with these..
AeroCool XtremeTurbine
but anyways the case and case fan part is all an if right now.i havent decided on a case for final.
HDD coolers: EVERCOOL HD-F117 2-4 of these (depending on if i use my 2 ide 160gb's along with the 2 new sata's
RAM cooler CORSAIR CMXAF1
PCI coolers: VANTEC SP-FC70-BL 1 maybe 2 of these
to top it all off
Change out the fan on my AC freezer 64 with a VANTEC TD9238H 92mm Case Fan
3 of these should do: VANTEC NXP-205-BK
Total cost (if i buy that case and those fans): $401.04
Total cost (no case and no fans for it): $150 (but i still have to find a case and upgrade fans for it)
