Low Profile Grphics Cards

well my girlfriend got herself a pc with having me look at it first and she ended up getting a dell that is really small and the second i saw it i knew my old graphics card would not fit and she was gonna need a low profile card, she only got the computer to play the sims 2 and browse the net i looked into some low profile cards and after looking for a short time i came accost what i figure to be one of the best low profile cards out there

Damn its pricey!!! Almost the same price as a X1950pro....

I believe the new 2400xts come out in low profile.... They might be worth looking at, obviously not a gaming card but should run sims np...

The 7600 is definitely the best card there man, and heaps cheaper than that other one too....

those cards maybe low profile but they still wont fit,the mounting bracket is too big for the case

Aah I see. well you may have to go with that X1550 then, its just a shame its so bloody expensive..

If you were game you could just cut the old VGA plug off the backplate, they unplug from the card too and just use the DVI port....

Yeah HOLLY ****. Yeah for what it's worth another vote for the 7600gs if it would fit.

If you get one of these make sure you keep your eye on the temps been hearing a few people having problems with newer cards in DELL SONY and Gateway cases due to the case disign.
