lo all i just bought one of this and used the 128bit WEP on it but how do i know that it is secured so other people cant connect to my wireless network?

Do you have some reason to believe that it's not encrypted even though it says it is? If you're wanting another layer of protection you can set it so that only certain MAC addresses can connect.

If you're using software to control the Wireless connection that should tell you if its encrypted or not. BTW, WPA is quite a bit stronger than WEP, WEP can be cracked in a matter of minutes if someone wants to get into your network IIRC.
