Where are you gonna find a 7950gx2 or a 1950xtx now these days (new that is)...your only choice is the 8800gtx.

In order of power consumption:
7950GX2s > 1950XTXs > 8800GTX
8800GTX wins
Performance:
8800GTX > 7950GX2s > 1950XTXs most likely
8800GTX wins
Price:
1950XTXs > 7950GX2s ~ 8800GTX
1950s win

Though as ktr said you'd have to get the 1950s and 7950s used, meaning they'll be out or almost out of warranty (in most cases) making the 8800GTX overall the best buy, not to mention it's newer tech and is DX10

Even at that, it is possible to pickup at an EXTREME inexpensive 8800GTX for 225-250. Or was it GTS?

Still either way performance wise, 1 8800GTX would be on par with both 7950GX2 SLi'd and 1950xtx CF'd.

JR, lol I've never seen a GTX under $400 even used, and even now that the GT is out, you're def. thinking GTS

out of yours the 8800GTX would be best but check out the GT

forget 7950gx2 in sli mode is no good at all. just think nvidia dint support them in sli mode. the drivers is a mess....
that's all i know for sure. (all this good words and i have a 7950gx2 :) )

go for 8800gt sli.
