check out some of the online sites that sell second hand gift cards, you can sell yours at a cut and/or purchases gift cards at a bit of a discount

I honestly can't remember the name, there was one I saw a report about on the news that they were good but I can't find them again sorry
lol probably people using stolen accounts to buy gift cards since they probably wouldn't be easily traced when used
