Which CPU Cooler should I choose?

I'm looking to replace my ThermalTake Polo but I am unsure which cooler to choose..

I've narrowed it down to these 3 choices,

1- XIGMATEK HDT-S1283

Also space is not an issue as I am now in an NZXT Tempest so I have plenty of room the only stipulation is that I want the fan to blow at the rear of the case..

If you can spend a little more $ get the Xigmatek HDT-S1284.

I love my Xigmatek!! 40-45c @ 3.2ghz, but then again its really hot where I am so im sure its alot better.

is one of the best coolers.

I would definitely get the Xigmatek. They tend to do alot better then other coolers. I have used them and never had a problem. Also in reviews i have seen them beet the TRUE!

+1 for Xigmatech. I have an OCZ Vendetta which is a relabeled Xigmatech. The direct contact heatpipes are fantastic. But be sure to get advice on how to apply the thermal paste properly. It makes a big difference.

yeah. You will want to put a vary small line of TIM on each side of the heat pipe then put the TIM on the CPU like you would any other HSF.I did it that way and i got the best temps using it like that.
