Hello, I have been tech geeking for about a year and a half now, fantasizing about getting various upgrades.
But now when I have finally managed to save up some money to do it, I thought about making the Intel switch.
But frankly the sheer number of Intel motherboards based on the same chipset, all with extremely similar specifications, have confused me quite a lot.
So I hoped some of you experts could help me find the right one for my needs.
I am looking for a motherboard which has:

Two Pci E 2.0 x16 slots
DDR 2 memory
At least six USB ports and a P/S 2 keyboard keyboard port
One free Pci E x1 port when using two dual slot graphic cards
No clearance issues using a Zalman 9700 and Dominator Airflow
No serious issues using four DIMM modules
Black PCB
Can not be a DFI board (Because no shops sell them in my country)
Can not be a Nvidia chipset (No crossfire support)
Solid caps preferred
At least moderate overclockability preferred

asus p5q-dlx.... no questions asked.

it meets and exceeds all of your requirements. P45 is way better then x38/x48.

I personally am an ASUS fan, and any of the X38/48 chipsets will support dual PCI-E 2.0.

Yeah I know it sounds weird, especially since i do not have a window in my case,
But I simply would not be able to value something I bought if I considered it ugly

MOST Asus boards are black so there ya go. i HIGHLY recommend the P45 chipset though.
