P5Q Pro + E7200 + Xigmatek is a awesome combo. I got my E7200 to 4ghz stable 24/7 on the same board/cooler.

Would the regular P5Q be ok? I ask because I don't want to spend $20 when I will never use crossfire.

I think the only difference is the cooling and Crossfire. Ket still makes modded bios's for P5Q non pro's too. If you think your never gonna use CF go with the P5Q. I know im not but the 24pin is located in the stupidest spot ever..

No one gets AC Freezers anymore :p Its all about Xigmatek S1283 nowa days! And I had a DFI LanParty P35, the same board essentially, and my P45 OC's way better and ASUS packs a ton of awesome features like BIOS flashing in the BIOS, ExpressGate, SixEngine(if your not OCing), good hardware monitor and overclocking software and alot of cool accessories like the IO plate and the front panel set up thing.
