This report seems to be limited with UDMA2(33MB/sec).
Please confirm the device manager.
A-DATA turbo X266 16GB operates by UDMA4 in Japan.

Best Sequential Read: 50.697 MB/sec
Best Sequential Write: 25.820 MB/sec

as far as I know, the CF adapter used is UDMA capable. I have just purchased a different PCIe based adapter and will retest. will let you know and update the review if needed.
