because an eBay listing has nothing to do with TPU, this however is for TPU members only to bid on... (well not bid per say... more like pm me offers of increasing value)

Yea, it's an old saying. "A rose by any other name is still a rose". Meaning that you're not calling it an "auction", but it still is one by accepting "offers of increasing value".

It would have been simple enough to set a price for what you ultimately thought it was worth, and then worked from there. I'm not hacking on ya, I'm just looking for a little clarification about this type of sale here.

well but my reasons for having an 'auction' is because the case won't be available for a week, so I have plenty of time to try and find a price that may end up being higher then what I had actually planned.

Auctions are not permitted on this forum. All items should have a set price and the negotiation of prices should be done through private messaging. To fancy for my tastes..... but if I liked elaborately decorated cases this would be at the top of the list.

If you LAN, and play UT3 at those LANs, this is the best case I have ever seen for it! I would buy it if I could afford it in my budget.

I have lowered the price to $145 USD because I really want a fast sale... I need to buy myself a new laptop! Plus... I killed the undercarriage, so that is no longer included...
