Any suggestions on how to get an oem disk copy of vista?

I went out and got a different mobo, with a different chipset etc.... just the same socket.

Its a pre-service pack 1 version. How can I get am OEM copy of vista? I have the origional mobo still any chance of modding the new bios to fool the disk?

The mobo went bad and I swapped it I have the operating system disc, is it possible to reinstall vista? I tried to boot to the CD and it tells me the media isn't bootable. thanks //chris

Im buying one the new SB750 is going to kick ass with overclock-ability. :respect: Side thought: 1 gig of onboard ddr3 there has got to be some way to utilize that besides just for IGP.

Im working on a budget gaming build that will give me the most bang for the buck. Obviously overclocking will be involved. I only need the motherboard, cpu, memory and video card. If I skimp on any part it will be the vid card I can always upgrade it later. This is what Im thinking. MOBO...
