    Lame Processor???

    No I changed the CPU into my computer and it works fine now, Its my other computer the mainbord was in, I try playing with it tonight, I tried reset the CMOS mem but no effect, There are no beeps from the bios, Just all the fans fire up and nothing happens

    Bios does not even beep no more, All fans fire up and DPS, But dont do anything. Would pulling the processor out from a 478 mobo with the leaver down have screwed it??

    Sorry proc = processor, Basicly as you know with 478 pin Processors there is a leaver on the right hand side which has to be up, you seat the processor in place and then when you cloase the handle down it holds the prossessor into the mainboard. The leaver was not up and the processor came out...

    It just stopeed working, When I changed the Processor to a 3.4 from a 3,0Ghz P4, I went to pull the CPU heat sink off and the proc came with it, with out unleaving the processor handle, Will that have f***ked it?
