I have a problem with a full game...In demo performance were just fine, but here when i turn AA framerate is around 35-40 as it was, but game slow downs, and when I'm inside a house it shutters a lot.

If you haven't bought the cards already i think i can help you. Me and my friend were testing GTX 260 / 275 / 460 and HD 5770 ( he has 275 and 460, I have 260 and we borrowed HD 5770 ). Te tests were quite interesting. GTX 460 is very on same line with GTX 275 and GTX 260 OC ( 650/1400/2000 )...

I flashed my bios and raised voltage up to 1.18 and on 740/1530/2140 it was stable for ~5 hours in games on GPU load about 90-100% and passed 3D Mark Vantage...Tomorrow i'll try to raise the core up to 750 Mhz. :toast:

I can't see a reason of replacing GTX 260 with GTX 275. My friend had 275 OC and we made a comparision test between GTX 260 OC and the biggest difference was in Metro 2033 about 5 frames, everything else between 2-3 frames in some games, like Dirt 2 or Shift , even GTX 260 holds better...

Wait, which card is weaker?? I was comparing stock HD 5850 vs GTX 260 at my clocks because in my country the price difference between them is like 80$.

Ok, then there is nothing to do about overclock, but I'm wondering what is the most important parameter for overclocking. I play games on full HD and will I get better performance by overclocking Core or Shader or Memory

It is a 55 nm version, and I saw clocks on the internet which were pretty high, 700 Core and 1200 memory with that same card, but I'm not able to achieve that with my card.
