It's come to light that these GT360 AIOs are not an official Scythe product, and are instead being produced by a third party manufacturer with unapproved Scythe branding. Some details on the situation were provided in a press release sent to some reviewers. The statement, via Bizude on Reddit:

I think the PR was intended to mean that they were the first for the Giga Computing division specifically, now that it's been split off (even if in name only) from Gigabyte. Of course any broader interpretation is just a simple misunderstanding. They'd never phrase it so vaguely on purpose. *cough*

They're allowing the 13900K to continually bash itself up against the thermal throttle point of their Noctua NH-U12A. They did the same thing with their 13900KS review, and seemed genuinely confused when it was beaten out by the non-KS in several MT tests, deflecting blame to software bugs...
