If it's watercooled maybe 1.65-1.7V will be ok. With my Opteron I'm hiting 52ºC @ Full load cooled with Scythe FCS-50. Memory is @ DDR500 2x1GB GSkill with Samsung UCCC. This is my max stable overclock with air cooling. I can't hit 3.2Ghz, I think it's the memory.
