    Ninjutso Katana Gaming Mouse

It's 122mm and it has the same volume as a GPX: https://www.rtings.com/mouse/reviews/ninjutso/origin-one-x It's a medium sized mouse. Big would be something like the Corsair Sabre, but you are correct that sadly a lot of mice nowadays are exceedingly small, which makes them...

    Ninjutso Katana Gaming Mouse

The Origin X isn't big, it's Medium sized at best (I'd put it Medium to Small in fact), it's basically a miniature IME3.0 sadly. Hopefully we get some more replicas of older mice from other companies. My dream would be a light, wireless MX518 clone (but not miniaturized like the...

Building a Keyboard 10: Kailh BOX V2 Switches, Akko MOD 003 Gasket Kit, Epomaker Sonic PBT Keycaps

Not sure about $170~190 for a barebones with plate mounted stabilizers, north facing LEDs and probably very little flex given there is no USB-C daughterboard. Plus no QMK/VIA support so you'd have to rely on AKKO's software (which is quite poor in my experience). The upcoming Keychron Q5 is...

    Akko Black&Gold 3098B Keyboard

Had the 3068B and had to return it, the software was awful and the latency noticeable in all modes (including wired). It also had some YiChip MCU weirdness where if you hold down the Caps Lck button the backlight will start flickering. Maybe I'm spoiled by VIA, but I genuinely found AKKO's Cloud...

    Ducky One 3 SF Keyboard

That's more down to the slow MCUs a lot of hotswap boards use. Ducky didn't really seem to cheap out on the MCU and according to rtings' latency tests it should be 4.5ms based on the full size One 3: https://www.rtings.com/keyboard/reviews/ducky/one-3

Building a Keyboard 9: MARVODIY Re-defined 68 kit, "Oz" PBT Keycaps, Gazzew Boba Switches

Got some 68g Boba U4 switches in a KBD67 R3 and they're fantastic for more quiet typing. And I agree with the previous poster, a lot of these keyboard DIY kits skimp quite hard on MCUs, which is quite disappointing.

Redragon K599 Deimos Wireless Mechanical Keyboard

Good review, do you think you can start testing latency for some of these keyboards?

Building a Keyboard 8: Akko Acrylic Gasket Mount Kit, ASA Low Profile Keycaps, CS Sponge Switches

This kit would be a lot more interesting if AKKO went with south facing LEDs and had a better MCU.

Team Group Vulcan G 1 TB SSD

@Chrispy_ Technically an SSD will be able to retain data for a couple of years if you store it in a cold environment. The warmer the NAND is when it's written to and the colder it is when it's inactive, the longer your data will last. So weirdly enough, you could run a few synthetic...

    Sharkoon Light² 200

Holes on the sides just make some lightweight mice that have them very annoying to grip, so this is a no-go for me. Disappointing because it looked pretty good otherwise. They should have just made a version without any holes that's 5 grams heavier, it would be a much better mouse, it's...

    Cooler Master MM711

You can make the G403 more lightweight if you remove the weight hatch, the magnets inside the mouse housing and paracord it. I don't have a precision scale, but I reckon that will bring it down to slightly under the 80g mark. I wanted to like the MM710, but it had too many...

    Cooler Master MM711

I got one of the newer batches of the MM710 and clicks on mine started becoming very mushy (inconsistent, lots of post-travel) after a 2 weeks, it was so bad I had to return it.

1usmus Custom Power Plan for Ryzen 3000 Zen 2 Processors

R5 3600, performance is mostly the same but I did notice a small improvement in AIDA64 latency for some reason, guess the thread isn't hopped around by the W10 scheduler? Pretty happy with this overall, before I had PSS & C-States disabled in BIOS and I was using the Ryzen High Performance...

NVIDIA Influencing YouTube Tech Journalists' Product-Placements, Alleges Whistleblower

Intel paid the EU fine a long time ago, it's usually held in a sort of escrow until legal proceedings are done. The way EU DG Competition fines work is a company gets fined, they have to pay the fine then they choose to tackle the case in courts or not. Most companies don't choose to go the...
