I'm going to buy a used 4650 1GB DDR3 tomorrow as I missed gaming already! My last card was a 5850 but had to sell it for emergency purposes. Still, I do hope the 4650 will give me playable framerates, lowest settings :)

@Mussel -- my Kingston Value Ram can hit 900Mhz stably :) I'll see if the condition of this mobo's still good. Thanks as usual! @M1d -- I'm scouring the local used market for something around US$45, max. If I do find a used P45 at this price, I'd buy it asap :)

@sean -- will try to OC when I return home next week; I'm currently on travel jsut using my laptop @ dark -- nice fix! might try that as well @TT -- in F7, my fan now goes down to 44% from 55% I also re-installed 10.6 after using DriverSweeper. This fixed my 2D problem....except that now CCC...

Under XP, uninstalled 10.6, run DriveSweeper and CCCleaner, reinstalled 10.6 and now my 2D clocks at 157/300 again. Yes!!!!

This is what I got. Don't know how to interpret this. I'm really annoyed that my 2D clock is 400/1000! I'm gonna drive-clean and reinstall 10.6

what apps do you want me to use, sean? what should I look out for as a result?
