    $48.99 Samsung 30nm DDR3 1600 hitting 2133?!?

Wow, I should have gotten an Asus board instead of an Asrock one, so much more options/control! Thanks for the info, I think I will grab another 2x4gb of the Samsung ram and see what I can do with it, hopefully it will hold the same speed while maintaining a low voltage.

    $48.99 Samsung 30nm DDR3 1600 hitting 2133?!?

Hey cadaveca, I think I am already running the ram at 1600, upped by fsb (240) to 1920, just looked at cpu-z, and the fsb:ram ratio says 1:4, that means I am running it at 1600 right? Considering that I am already running it at 1600 (if I am), do you think I will be able to hold 4 sticks at...

    $48.99 Samsung 30nm DDR3 1600 hitting 2133?!?

Oh, that's good to hear, although, what voltage are you running it at 2040?

    $48.99 Samsung 30nm DDR3 1600 hitting 2133?!?

Oh, I was just going to use it as a Ram disk, for temporarily holding files. Buying an ssd would probably be a better choice in the end. As you said, keeping 4 slots of ram at 1866+ would require me to play with the settings in the bios again and look for the right stable settings, which I...

    $48.99 Samsung 30nm DDR3 1600 hitting 2133?!?

Oh, okay, I guess it would be a bad idea. Thanks.

    $48.99 Samsung 30nm DDR3 1600 hitting 2133?!?

I am currently running 2x4gb of these with an fx-6100. Running at 1920mhz 9-9-9-24 @ 1.47v. Anyone know, or have confirmed if it is possible to maintain a good speed and timings if another 2x4gb sticks where added? I'm asking because I am thinking of adding another 8 gigs of these ram and...

    GPU-Z and PowerColor 5850 PCS+

Umm... Wizzard, would you happen to have a data sheet on the uP6219 voltage controller that the 5850pcs+ uses or happen know where the feedback and ground is since I wanna try a volt mod on it. I would appreciate any help.

    GPU-Z and PowerColor 5850 PCS+

Oh, so it really was just reading the bios. I guess there really is no way of taking a reading off the 5850 pcs+ without actually sticking a multimeter to it.

    GPU-Z and PowerColor 5850 PCS+

Actually that isn't completely true. Yes PCS+ has a different voltage regulator, but AMD GPU Clock Tool can read the voltage, at least it seems to be able to. Attached some pics showing the change in voltage when idle and when in 3d.. I think its in 3d anyway... well when the clocks go up...

    RBE v1.25 new open beta!

I don't know what analogous controllers are but I guess that would mean there really is no way to adjust the voltage on the pcs+. I just thought since the bios actually stated various voltages for the different clock speeds it actually managed the voltages. I suppose its probably just to...

    RBE v1.25 new open beta!

I just tested the the 5850 signatures on my powercolor 5850 pcs+ bios and man do they work great! No more need for afterburner with this! I set overdrive to 900/1150 (max for 5850pcs+ before was 875/1225 and now its 1200/1400) and gpu-z shows 900/1150. Ran crysis benchmark twice and it did not...

    RBE bug reports

Hi, I have powercolor hd5850 pcs+, and I have tried adjusting the voltage of the bios I saved using gpu-z, this is the same bios in the techpowerup vga-bios collection marked 2010-01-18 23:39:00 as the date compiled. In the clock-/voltage settings table, I changed 1.038 to 1.25 @ 760/1050...
