Good question once i had no issues with both cards in from the start and once i did and i had to manual update 2nd card in device manager no big deal just click update driver and point to c/nvidia/drivers....either way will work.
1)Driver clean install...use driver sweeper first to remove any traces of old drivers...
2)hypersli patch install . make sure run as admin and uac is off. restart bingo. most of the time anyway....:toast:
945 Chipset working as far as i know. You have nothing to lose just install both cards download the hypersli patch and then you go into nvidia ctrl pnl and enable sli. that simple for me. You may want to update your drivers first. use the new beta drivers on nvidia'a site...Oh and make sure you...
That would make sense. Anyone here who is overclocked please let us know if you got BSOD after installing Hypersli and stressing your system..... Thanks
I changed a couple of settings in the bios inc graphic booster to auto from fast and memory from turbo to standard. Have not have bsod again yet. Maybe Hypersli is a little more sensitive to overclocking.
OK either i am losing my mind or i am also getting performance gains with this version. 60-100 FPS in crysis 2 highest settings in game and nvidia ctrl pnl....wow great job anatolymik...Any one else getting higher frame rates?
Follow these instructions...
1) uninstall Nvidia drivers after that boot into safe mode run driver sweeper . boot back into safe mode
2) uninstall 1.5 patch then boot into regular windows or whatever patch you are using
3)install new beta driver from nvidia restart
4) install hypersli...
