Comparing this card to PowerCOLOR card, they cost the same, but the HIS got only one DVI port so which card is better?

using the Antec Calculator - according to my system i got load of nearly 200w the psu is from ezcool...

will this card work with 300w psu? considering that it have a very low energy consumption comparing to the older series thank you
