Well considering that physics accelerated games are virtually non-existent it wouldn't be worth the hassle....however it may benefit you if you have a weak CPU.

Are you using an infrared thermometer or something? Well I have copper RAMsinks on mine with a 120mm fan sitting in front of my cards.

I'm actually going to do the VR mod, but I'm still not sure why I only get 1.17V in 3d mode when I flashed 1.21V....even 1.3V. I just edited my BIOS to have all voltages 1.3V and it's still 1.17 on both cards. :banghead:

Ok I've OCed my 4850s using BIOS flashing to 750/1150 and it's completely 24/7 stable. Mine are on water too. I finally got around to checking actual voltages with a DMM and found that I get 1.05 (probably 1.046, only 3 sig figs) and 1.17V at load..............however I flashed the BIOS to...

Well I'm going to test for higher memory clocks soon....I'm stable at 1125 so far....I ran vantage last night at 1200 and it was stable, but the score was lower..........I may have forgot to turn off my forced 16X AF though. Has anyone found an app to monitor the vGPU yet?

Well looks like I'm stable at 750/1125 @ 1.20V. I tried 775 and it was a no go. When I get my RAMsinks on Monday I'll try for higher memory clocks.

Yea I have Enzotech copper RAMsinks on the VRMs. I only had a few, and the VRMs get hotter than the memory......I have more sinks arriving Monday. The RAM seems to be doing fine naked.... Also the 8.6 hotfix is here

Well nevermind....I fixed it. Apparently a reboot is required if you disabled Crossfire, then enable it before running Vantage. LOL
