I updated the dedicated video memory (Frame Buffer) in the BIOS to 512MB. Still stutters.

Tried everything listed on your link. Still Stuttering! Did your Zbox stutter at first?

Smooth Video. or Sharp Fonts. Choose One!?...Can't have both? That sucks! Do you think Windows 32Bit as opposed to 64Bit would help?

HDMI audio disabled. I had to implement an EDID override to turn off HDMI audio to achieve sharp fonts on the 32" 1080P TV I use as a monitor. The Invidia Control Panel shows the PC display connector as DVI. I think the problem might have something to do with the 256MB dedicated video memory...

I switched the video output from HDMI to VGA and the stuttering disappeared. Is this a clue to something?

Did as instructed above. Nada! Stuttering still there. "make sure you are using threaded decode" Not sure what this means.

I'll have to look into the ramdisk... never worked with that. No anti virus. Filestamping, that's new to me.

Well....... It has 2GB Ram. With only 256MB dedicated to video. With no way (that I know of) to allocate more dedicated video memory.

MPC-HC + coreavc is not enough. Removed cccp and video still Stutters.

Tried those settings.... Still stutters! I prefer Splash Pro EX video player over Media Player Classic.

I installed CCCP and CoreAVC. Not sure how to configure it all. Anyway......Video still Stutters!

I have another Atom system with Radeon HD4300 video that renders HD video smoothy. So I know the Atom is capable. In this case I think it is the Ion portion that is the bottleneck.
