Not surprised, Raja and his ilk cannot be told they are wrong and plow on. I think Navi will be a dud. Will probably have new features and some ground breaking tech to it (like HBM), but at the end of the day have crap fps. Raja will worm his way in to Intel working for the Intel/RTG cpu team.

RE: The leaked 6990 specs' Will it be using 2x6970 gpus? Is that 3840 stream processors? 2x 6970 would be 3072 processors. Unless the 6970 actually has 384 unused sharers under the bonnet to unlock. :eek: If so, this could this out bench any new nvidia dual.

I FIXED IT! :rockout: Reinstalled windows and Catalyst. I haven't installed the hot fix as my probs occurred after installing them. I will wait for next set of drivers. So am putting it down to corrupt window registry. Single card now back up to 42FPS/1044. Thanks for the help guys...

I put the 6950's back in, still no go. Windows didn't detect and install a drive like the 5850 test. I'm resigned to do a full reinstall of windows. About time I did anyway. Busy backing up me stuff now.
