Kryosheet didn't work in my laptop (unlike PTM7950). I wouldn't recommend it on a laptop therefore, it can work but there is a risk. It's not for everyone.

Toplamp TL-A40 is not that good on my i7-1165G7. Same for Honeywell PTM7950-SP - much worse than the pad version. I will try out KryoSheet next time and some Thermal Hero paste. A good paste for direct die chips might be Shin-Etsu 7868:
