Well i must be lucky then ;),but i´ve seen some people on amd/atiforum and on widescreengaming who were using the same dp-vga adaptor and had it working. That´s why i bought this one because after paying 250.-€ for my 5850 i didn´t want to spend another 120.-€ just to connect my monitors...

I thought you were talking about your MSIG65 which has and chipset AMD® 790GX+SB750 and co-processor has to do with chipsetdrivers Thought so:)

download the latest amd chipset drivers

control panel-system-device manager-sound,video-rightclick on soundcard-enable

Then i would suggest to buy a cheap pci soundcard cause there are no drivers for win 7 or drivers that work at least for that soundcard

click on computer in everest,then summary,the audio will show up in blue,left click on it , and then on driver download ps you can also try to install in xp compatbilitymode
