I think most all the cards AMD/Nvidia are being bought out from company's that want to sell you a fully built PC because that market was dead and it's just a way back

I wouldn't call that a bad thing as long as AMD is spreading the money around in CPU/GPU development. Ryzen is a major hit but the GPU's are still lacking so another revenue source is good.

Most 480's only have one 6 or 8 pin pcie while 580's have duel so even with the flash I would think you would still need to underclock some for stability and not running fans loud as heck.

Well low end with the 890fx chipset I probely shoud of said that since they are the 2 cheapest besides the Biostar MB, but that MB only has 2 pcie 16 lanes, and that would be fine but if I ever add a 2nd 6870 i would lose my physx card. Thanks for trying to help tho
