I have a 7990 Devil 13. I will download tonight.

My 7990 Devil 13 has been preforming very well. More than beat my expectations.:rockout: My stable overclocks: 1175 Mhz on both cores. Default core voltage at 1.256V 1675 Mhz(Base) on the memory. Slight tweak from 1.600 to 1.618V 3dMark11 P Score and Heaven 3.0 maxed out.

My preference is AMD. Long time customer. Hope to see another review or two soon. If they are like this review I will not purchase. I owned a Powercolor 6870X2 and worked flawlessly.

I have been waiting to purchase the Devil 13. I believe they are in transit to retailers now. Newegg for sure. Having Doubts now! This is their premier card and they send a defective card to a well regarded reviewer? How was this card even properly tested at the factory? I hope this is a one...

Sorry Everyone. After sleeping on it, I realized that this was not a true Lightning. So I had UPS return to sender for a full refund. Now the real lightning is available. $600 seems pricey to me concidering it does not overclock much better than others.

Can't find any reference to this card on the WEB. Not even the MSI website. Only on Newegg. Can't wait to see it tomorrow... Interesting

Maybe hardware wise its 100 percent lightning with reference core clock. This is fine as it will overclock just as high. I look forward to getting my hands on it.
