I dont think this board is Dual Channel.

To be honest, I dont think you will get much if anything more than 200 out of that ram, it is starting off at 3 CAS. I would run the divider and keep it as close to 200 as possible at least you can keep it at 1T.

Try using just two of the memory sticks, also check that you have all the power conections pluged in. Im pretty sure you will have to drop the memory down to 2100 like poison mentioned.
