The caps looks to be 6.3v and 3300 μF each (I'm definite on the voltage - the Farad says 3300 but I can't make out the metric measurement). daily bump!

What you can also do is try removing the heatsink from the plastic shroud - not only will this probably increase air flow, but it looks way cooler than with the plastic shroud. Plus, the shroud is not essential for the heatsink to attach on to the card, unless you're trying to retain that OEM...
